When will my order be shipped?

Our processing time can take about 1-3 business days. As the company will continue to grow and sales may grow overtime, processing times may change. We are always striving to get your order out as quickly as possible ;)

OMG!! I got the wrong slime!

Don't worry! Just breathe.. simply email us as soon as ithe slime arrives at vortexxslime@yahoo.com with a photo of the wrong slime, and with the receipt of the correct slime. The receipt should be in your email that you provided at checkout....whew! That's not so hard isn't it ;) 

I didn't receive my package at the times promised, why?

As you all may know that USPS have their own delivery dates. Once the item is shipped from us *Vortexx Slime*, we have done our part and now it is in the hands of the delivery company. Once you place your order, and the order has been processed and shipped, we provide a tracking number for you to keep tabs on your purchase.

The package is delivered , but i do not have it..

Check your surroundings, check your email just to ensure that you put the correct address or contact your postal office nearby for the tracking of your item. We do not refund as all sales are FINAL!!!

Where is my order?

Please check the tracking number that is provided by us via email. Once we provide a tracking number that usually means that your order has been shipped and it’s on its way to you.

My order is lost/stolen, what do i do?

Once the item has been shipped, it is no longer our responsibility to keep up with the purchase. USPS are solely responsible as to making sure your item is delivered.  This does not reflect on our company as we do make sure your order is packaged with the upmost care and shipped off in short time. USPS website have a option at the bottom of their website, where you can FILE A CLAIM if your package is lost/stolen in their system. Also, feel fee to email us at vortexxslime@yahoo.com with any more questions or concerns. We will be happy to help :)

Return to Sender/Change of Address? 

This could mean that the delivery company couldn't locate where to deliver the package so they returned your package back to us Vortexx Slime.  Once the checkout form has been completed and your order has been shipped , we cannot change the address that you put in checkout. Please put the correct address as this is very important to do. Please email us at vortexxslime@yahoo.com with any more questions or concerns :)

Damaged during Transit? 

Please Email us at vortexxslime@yahoo.com with a picture as soon as it arrives. Once the item arrives immediately email us, as we do look at the time through the tracking information that is provided to both parties (Company(us)/Customer (you) by the delivery company :)
